plt-scheme software package provides Racket Programming Environment (transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install plt-scheme
plt-scheme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the plt-scheme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep plt-scheme *
You will get with plt-scheme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
